The Tony’s Story From Rhodes, Greece, In 1966, Tony and Despina Loukas, our founders, immigrated to the United States with a dream, as did many other immigrants. Tony was destined to fulfill all of Despina's ambitions, which included owning a restaurant. In 1973, After working a series of jobs, Tony and Desi bought a local pizzeria and made it their own, introducing Greek flavor and passion for excellence. Quickly, word of Tony’s top-notch pizza caught fire. Fans Connecticut-wide began traveling to Willimantic to grab a bite. Over 50 years later, The Loukas Family is still delivering (and dining-in) Willi’s best pizza, having built a family of customers and the best menu in town. Come take a taste for yourself!
